Steve was so helpful and friendly when we spoke on the phone, and the technicians who came out were just fantastic – really professional and super nice. We were genuinely impressed with their service and customer care; they were clearly head and shoulders above the rest in Laramie.   Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with Curtright Plumbing. I scheduled a winterization appointment for my sprinkler system last Wednesday, October 10th, and took a whole half-day off work for it. They simply didn’t show up – no call, no explanation, nothing. I’ve tried calling them repeatedly over the last few days, just getting voicemail every time. With the weather dropping so fast here in Laramie, I’m now left to deal with winterizing the system myself. It’s completely unacceptable, and I’ve heard from another customer that they’ve had similar issues. I definitely won’t be using them again – I’m going to find a reliable plumber for any future work. report abuse

  Curtright did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our water heater. They gave us a really competitive quote, and the team was incredibly professional and friendly – everyone was a pleasure to have in our home.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Curtright. Josh misled me for two weeks, repeatedly saying they were still looking for the necessary parts. Honestly, it would have been much better if he had just been upfront and said they couldn’t repair my heater. Because of his silence and lack of honesty, I wasted two weeks and had to seek out another company, Laramie Heating and Mechanical, who were able to get my heater fixed this morning.   “I had a really frustrating experience with Curtwright Plumbing recently. I initially thought their customer service was great when I booked an appointment to install a gas range, but they completely missed their first scheduled visit – no communication whatsoever. When I tried to reschedule, I was told the technician was sick, but again, no phone call was made to let me know. Honestly, the lack of communication was incredibly disappointing and made me feel completely ignored. It’s unacceptable that they couldn’t even bother to update me on the situation.
