They also handled all the insurance paperwork with impressive efficiency and trustworthiness, which was a huge relief.   I was really pleased with Jay Montague’s professionalism as the inspector and estimator. I received a package outlining the next steps, including a preliminary Service Agreement that I was asked to sign to move forward with the insurance claim. Because of my daughter’s legal background, I had her review the agreement, and she noted that while it seemed generally standard, the final clause on the back – concerning unlimited liability for their hours and mileage if I chose not to proceed – was a major concern. Unfortunately, they weren’t willing to revise or even soften that clause, and ultimately, I couldn’t sign a document with those terms. report abuse
