Honestly, my experience working with this team was incredibly difficult. They insisted on requiring me to be in the office 5 minutes before my scheduled shift, and then they’d immediately demand another break, effectively forcing 10-12 hour shifts. The leads were consistently rude, and the overall working conditions were unacceptable. I strongly advise against working here – save your time and money and look for a better environment.

Rosa was a difficult customer; she was consistently rude and disregarded the established rules, even when the rest of the team was following them. Her behavior created a really uncomfortable atmosphere, and frankly, it was unpleasant to deal with alongside the other customers.
