  “I had a really frustrating experience with a damaged fence, but All-Star Fence completely turned things around. I called my usual fence company on a Friday afternoon, but they were unavailable. Luckily, I got in touch with All-Star, and they arrived within 45 minutes to give me a quote. The price was fantastic, and they actually repaired the entire fence – about 60 feet – by 2 PM.   “I was extremely disappointed with this service. The response time was incredibly slow, and the work itself felt rushed and sloppy. The technician seemed annoyed by our presence, and it felt like he was inconvenienced by having to come out. To charge almost $100 for something as simple as turning a wrench was absolutely outrageous! Worse than that, he didn't offer any helpful suggestions or recommendations, despite us getting much better advice and savings from another company. And the lack of communication was appalling – it took a whole week to get a response to my emails and phone calls, and they didn’t even apologize for the trouble they caused. Honestly, this experience completely ruined our gate function, and I would strongly advise against using this company.” report abuse

  Overall, the workers were fantastic – really polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I was very impressed with their service. However, I was a little disappointed that the fence is already showing some wear and tear, and it seems they didn’t apply any sealant during the installation. It’s a bit pricier than other options I’ve looked at, but the quality of the workmanship was definitely there. report abuse
