From start to finish, they were fantastic – incredibly professional, efficient, and got the job done quickly and perfectly. They completely replaced our old furnace and AC system, including the ducts, and used top-of-the-line TRANE products – we got a truly great deal in Vegas Valley. Jazael and the whole team were amazing, and Carlos was so helpful, always answering our questions even after the installation. Seriously, you guys rock!   “We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from USA Air Conditioning & Heating. We’d been away for two months and returned to a broken A/C, which was incredibly stressful. They were so fast – someone was able to come out on a Saturday within the hour, and Julian diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately by replacing a needed part. Seriously, they were a lifesaver!   We were so relieved when USA Air came out and got our AC working again – it died right when the temperature was soaring at 115°F! We really appreciated how accommodating the owner and their team were, and they even installed a Goodman unit, which we thought was a great value.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service Francisco and his team provided. From the very beginning, Francisco was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me quickly via text or phone. When we closed on our new house, they were already out the next day installing a new AC coil – they ordered the parts and arrived on time. They even sent me pictures since I wasn’t there, and they graciously took care of a small repair for free. Honestly, I highly recommend them – if you’re looking for reliable HVAC service, definitely get in touch with them now. I’ll certainly be using them for all my future needs.” report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I called to get my A/C fixed on a Friday, and the technician was four hours late – completely unacceptable. Worse, he immediately diagnosed the problem without even checking it out, claiming he needed to replace the entire unit and file a claim. It was 107 degrees outside, and we only had one A/C! The technician was also incredibly rude and unprofessional. After that, the office was completely clueless. They couldn’t even find my service request, and they hadn't contacted my home warranty about the repair. It’s been two months, and they still haven't submitted a claim. I’ve used this company before, and they were late then too. They’re disorganized, unreliable, and frankly, a waste of time. I strongly advise against doing business with them – there are plenty of other A/C companies that provide much better service.” report abuse
