  “I was really impressed with both of these guys! Sharon was fantastic – she was so responsive and really put me at ease when I had a lot of questions. And Michael – he was just brilliant! He fixed the plumbing issue quickly and did a really excellent job, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He clearly takes pride in his work, which I really appreciated.   Michael was fantastic! He quickly and efficiently fixed our toilet problem, and he explained everything clearly and professionally.   “Michael from USA Plumbing and Air was fantastic – he was on time, really courteous and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my water heater. I was very happy with his service.   “I’m really happy with the Puragain system – Michael did a fantastic job adding valves and bypasses, which has made maintenance so much easier. Now I can take the filters out for cleaning without shutting off the whole water supply. It’s much tidier and feels far more efficient.” report abuse

  “I just wanted to say Solomon was fantastic! He was so professional and really went above and beyond to fit my appointment in, and he did it with a genuinely friendly attitude. We had a major plumbing issue – a broken water heater and toilet – just before Thanksgiving, and he got everything fixed up quickly and efficiently. We’re so grateful to have our hot water back!   Overall, I had a really positive experience. The service was quick and the team, especially Mike, were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. My only slight hesitation was regarding the price – it felt a little high, but that’s just my personal opinion. I’d definitely use their services again. report abuse
