“I was really impressed with this company! They did a fantastic job resurfacing my pool, decking, and fixing all the lights – and the price was incredibly reasonable. They were also super efficient and got the job done really quickly. I’d definitely recommend them!”

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from this company, particularly regarding the resurfacing of my pool. It’s been four years since the initial work was done, and I’ve now discovered significant problems – circles and cracks in the surface that are hollow to the touch, indicating serious delamination. This is clearly a workmanship error that’s completely undermined the quality of the resurface. Despite offering a 7-year warranty against delamination, the company refuses to acknowledge their mistake or honor their contract. To make matters worse, the drains they installed were not up to code, and I had to hire another company to inspect them. It’s clear they don’t care about customer satisfaction or providing a reliable service. What's most concerning is that they haven't even sent someone to assess the damage. Adding to this, I’ve been informed that the company was cited by the contractors board for using improperly trained and unlicensed employees, and for using incorrect 1099s. They also stopped investigating after three years, which makes their warranty offer completely meaningless. The National Plasterers Council confirmed my concerns – it’s a clear workmanship error. I strongly advise against doing business with this company or Jon Winn; they simply don’t stand behind their work.

“I was really pleased with the work Christy Pommier had done on our pool. Jon was fantastic – he was super responsive and got the job done quickly and at a great price, which was significantly lower than other quotes I received. They even sent Tom out afterwards to sweep up all the plaster dust, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, everyone was a pleasure to work with and the pool looks fantastic!”

I was really disappointed with this business. They scheduled an estimate and assured me they’d get back to me the following Monday. However, the person who came to my home was suddenly on vacation and passed the estimate along to someone else, who never followed up. I tried repeatedly to get a simple update, even asking if they’d just let me know if they weren’t interested, but they wouldn’t return a single call. It felt incredibly unprofessional and like they simply didn’t want the job. Honestly, unless you’re prepared to spend a significant amount of money, I wouldn’t recommend going with this company – the lack of communication was just unacceptable. Plus, while they responded quickly to my online review, that didn't translate into any actual communication with me.

“We were so thrilled with the work Nationwide Pool did on our in-laws’ pool deck. It was really in poor condition when we found them through HomeAdvisor, but they were incredibly quick, professional, and they stand behind their work with a warranty. Honestly, the deck looks brand new now – it’s absolutely fantastic! We would give them ten stars if we could.”

“We had them completely renovate our decking and pool about a year and a half ago, which cost us over $12,000 – closer to $20,000 actually. The work on the pool, including replastering and retiling, looks fantastic, and my pool looks absolutely amazing. However, I’m unfortunately struggling to give them a positive review due to their incredibly poor customer service. I’ve contacted them repeatedly regarding a simple warranty repair, and haven’t received a single call back. I’m still waiting for them to address this, and I’d be happy to update my review once the issue is resolved.”

“Overall, working with Nationwide Pool Design was a really positive experience. The quartz design for the pool and decking turned out absolutely beautifully – it looks fantastic! Mike and his team were incredibly professional and a genuine pleasure to have around.”

“Nationwide’s process for getting an estimate was incredibly frustrating. It took an unreasonably long time, and even then, the estimate itself was really unclear about what work was actually involved. When I spoke with the representative, it became obvious that the scope of work was incredibly limited, and honestly, I was incredibly lucky I hadn’t signed it before I realized how vague it was – I would have been completely in the wrong. I had to repeatedly clarify things, and it felt like they just didn’t care about providing a clear and accurate proposal. It seemed like they were primarily focused on getting paid, and their communication felt very impersonal and misleading. Based on my experience, I definitely won’t be using Nationwide again.”
-
I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. The customer service I received was absolutely unacceptable – the representative simply hung up on me while I was trying to explain my issue, and then proceeded to be incredibly rude and dismissive. I was genuinely trying to be polite, and the response I got was completely unprofessional and hurtful. Because of this, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I’ll no longer be using their services, and I strongly suggest exploring other pool companies in Las Vegas – there are plenty of better options out there.

“I was really pleased with Nationwide – they did a fantastic job and offered great value for the price. Everything was done quickly and with a really professional touch. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or upgrade their equipment.”
