  I couldn’t be happier with the work Lumeco Energy did on my home! From the initial energy audit to the final inspections, the whole process was incredibly smooth and professional. I was so lucky my neighbor told me about the Pepco Home Performance program – it’s made a huge difference for my family. They installed the HVAC and attic insulation, and everything was done on time and with excellent customer service. AJ, Aaron, and Ebony were especially fantastic, really going above and beyond.   I can’t recommend working with this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. I’ve been unable to get any support from them for the past two weeks, despite repeated attempts to contact them. It appears they’re struggling financially and are no longer providing support to their existing customers. I’m particularly troubled by misleading information – I have proof that a sales representative, Aaron W., gave me false details about the PG Country grant. I’m pursuing legal action and reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, and I won’t be intimidated into silence. report abuse

  I just wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with Lumeco. During a really tough time with the pandemic, they went above and beyond to help me. The entire team – from Ms. Ebony at the front desk to Mr. Workman and the fantastic heat pump technicians – were truly professional and outstanding. They provided everything they promised and more, including a full home energy audit, attic insulation, air sealing, a new auto-air vent, a complete heat pump system with new electrical units, and even swapped out my old, rusting water heater with a modern digital one. It’s all incredibly energy-efficient, and I even received a Platinum Certificate of Completion from Pepco – which will be fantastic when I eventually sell my home.   I wanted to take a moment to express how incredibly happy I was with my experience through Lumeco, Pepco, and the PG County grant program. Aaron, Ebony, and Jose were fantastic – they really went above and beyond to make everything worthwhile.
