  Roxanna gave a really positive review of her experience. She was particularly impressed with KB’s professionalism and the thoroughness of her assessment. She also praised KB for understanding her needs – specifically, she needed windows and a runner door, and KB was able to help her get those instead of solar shingles. They were also really great with the timing and cost of the project.   I’d really advise against using this company for your roofing needs. We had a great experience getting our roof installed about five years ago, but now we’re in the process of changing home insurance and they’ve completely dropped the ball. We requested a copy of our original contract, and they told us they archive anything over three years old. After they checked, they said they had the contract archived, but they didn’t actually provide us with a copy – we never received the original one either. It just seems incredibly outdated not to be able to easily access a customer’s records. We’ve worked with other companies, including Thompson Creek, for eight years and they always have our information readily available. Now I'm seriously questioning their claim about “lifetime shingles” – how can they guarantee that if they can’t even locate our contract? report abuse

The windows arrived within a month, and we were consistently kept informed about the delivery timeline. The scheduling lady was fantastic – she was so polite and really took the time to coordinate with our whole family to find a convenient time for the installation. They even went above and beyond by covering our house with tarps before they started, which we really appreciated.   Has was fantastic – he really took the time to explain all of our options clearly, and we felt completely comfortable with his recommendations. We’ve already decided to go ahead with the siding, roof, and gutters, and we’ll definitely be reaching out to Has when we’re ready to discuss the sliding glass doors.
