  “I can’t recommend using this contractor. From start to finish, it was a really frustrating experience. They consistently missed deadlines, adding two months to the project beyond what we’d agreed on. There were major issues with the work itself – they used the old carpet pad under the new carpet even though I paid for a new one, installed the hot and cold water in the shower backward, and left a bunch of unfinished work, including a hole under the vanity and not installing the P-trap. The job site was also a mess, covered in concrete dust, and they broke a sliding door and never bothered to repair it. After promising to address these problems, they simply disappeared – it was like they vanished. Seriously, avoid this contractor.” report abuse
