We’d been meaning to renovate it since a leak occurred back in March of 2020, but planned for a full remodel down the line. Seeing the fantastic job our neighbor had with them really convinced us to go with MGS. They were absolutely wonderful to work with – incredibly communicative and really helpful in guiding us through all the design choices.   Honestly, we couldn’t recommend MGS Contracting Services highly enough! We were so thrilled with their work transforming our master bathroom – it was originally a really basic, builder-grade space that had been installed incorrectly. We had a seriously problematic shower floor that didn’t drain and some critical waterproofing was missing, which ultimately led to a leak and damage to the subfloor. The constant mildew from the poor drainage was a real headache too. We found MGS through Facebook and were immediately impressed with their amazing before-and-after photos. From the very first consultation, Chris made us feel like he genuinely cared about our vision and making sure we were happy. There were a few initial scheduling hiccups, but Chris kept us completely in the loop, and his crews were absolutely fantastic – incredibly professional and treated our home with such respect. We never had any worries about quality, safety, or security, and they went above and beyond to minimize the disruption during the project. It’s been a couple of weeks since our new bathroom was finished, and we’re completely in love with it! It’s exactly what we’d hoped for – feels like a luxurious spa, not a run-down motel.   Overall, MGS Contracting Services did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. Our previous layout was really cramped, and they completely transformed the space by redesigning the remodel, including removing and adding walls to open it up. What really stood out was their ingenuity – they salvaged our existing cabinets, countertop, and appliances and creatively installed them in a basement kitchenette to create a full second kitchen.   Chris and his team were fantastic to work with – seriously, a pleasure! They kept us completely in the loop throughout the whole bathroom remodel, from the first consultation right through to the finished project. They really took the time to discuss all the different options and help us decide what was best for our home. And the attention to detail was incredible; they left our house spotless every single day, and you wouldn’t have known there was a construction project going on!   “We were absolutely thrilled with the work MCS Contracting did for us. They really went above and beyond, paying incredible attention to detail and delivering fantastic workmanship. They completely remodeled both bathrooms, bringing our vision to life perfectly. The first bathroom received a full makeover with a new tiled shower, glass doors, and all new fixtures – sink, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, and lighting. The second master bathroom also got a stunning upgrade with new glass doors, toilet, sink, vanity, flooring, exhaust fan, and medicine cabinet. And to top it all off, both bathrooms were beautifully repainted! What really stood out was how attentive they were to our design preferences and how involved they were in every decision, making the whole process so smooth and enjoyable.
