  Overall, our experience with Fireline was fantastic. We brought in our extinguishers for a check and recharge, and we were really impressed that they offered the option to exchange them for freshly serviced units – we were able to get them back the same day! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and it was great to have fully functioning extinguishers so quickly. We’ll definitely be returning to Fireline in the future. report abuse

  Will did a fantastic job – he refilled my CO2 tank and even hydrostatically tested and filled a new one for me. The pricing was really good, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Plus, the location is super convenient! report abuse

  “I’ve been using Jacqueline’s for my CO2 refills for a while now, and I’ve always been really happy with their service – Jacqueline is always so friendly and they have the best prices in Leesburg.   Overall, the work itself was really well done – the technicians seemed knowledgeable and did a good job. However, the billing process was a huge letdown. It took nearly three weeks to get paid after the work was finished, and the experience with the billing department was frustrating. I contacted them twice about the payment, and while the technicians were helpful, the billing team wasn’t – they initially told me it was already paid, then didn't send a receipt, and only processed the payment after I followed up. I'm still waiting for those receipts as well. report abuse

  “Overall, we’ve been really pleased with the extinguishers we’ve bought – we’ve purchased about six over the last couple of months and haven’t had any issues with them at all. The only minor thing we’ve noticed is that it can sometimes be a little tricky to get someone to answer the door at the back where we park for loading; however, someone always responds to the front bell.” report abuse

  “I cannot recommend this company. Our experience was incredibly negative. They used aggressive pricing tactics and, worse, activated the fire systems without proper approval, leading to a costly malfunction and ultimately, a $2000 bill. When the issue was resolved, we were then charged again to refill it. We’ve already reported this to the state authorities.” report abuse
