  “I absolutely couldn’t recommend Pete and Kelly’s work more highly! They completely transformed our kitchen and living room, and even added a fantastic new fence for the yard. From start to finish, the quality of their work was outstanding – it was all done with a real attention to detail and they kept the workspace incredibly clean. They were also so easy to work with, and Pete was a lifesaver when we ran into some issues with Menards; he quickly found solutions.   Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I sent multiple emails requesting an estimate, including pictures and measurements, but only received two responses. The communication was consistently slow and, when they did reply, the tone was quite rude. Adding to the problem, they never signed their emails, making it impossible to know who I was actually speaking with. They also insisted on getting a huge amount of personal information upfront, which felt a little unusual and unsettling. report abuse
