The crew did a fantastic job adding a second-floor dormer and front porch, and we were back in our home within a month – starting mid-September and finishing by the first week of December. They were incredibly efficient and many of the workers were genuinely friendly and helpful. Our project manager, Mike, has been fantastic – he’s incredibly patient and always answers our questions, which is a huge help as new homeowners. Mike, our project manager, was fantastic; he was so attentive and always took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure everything was done perfectly. He was even incredibly helpful long after the renovation was finished. The whole crew was amazing too – so friendly, hardworking, and they kept the place spotless throughout the entire project. Mike was fantastic; he was always available to answer our questions and really went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated him using the app to keep us updated on the schedule. And it’s been wonderful that they’ve followed up months later to check in on everything. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the whole team – Howie, Allison, Michael, Vinnie, and everyone else – were fantastic. We’d been researching contractors for months and really appreciated how easy it was to see exactly what Great Additions could do, especially with their showroom. Allison was especially helpful, taking the time to ensure every detail, from the materials to the design, was perfect for us. Because of their samples and showroom, we avoided wasted trips and saved a lot of time and money. It was such a smooth process, and we especially appreciated how they made sure everything was ready when we brought our new addition home after our second child was born.
