  “I brought my new 2023 Rogue in for a windshield replacement, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. They left a huge mess – broken glass scattered across the front seats and even in the air vents. It was incredibly frustrating to see my car treated this way, and when I spoke to the manager, Kathy, about it, it wasn’t a helpful conversation.” report abuse

  “I had a new windshield installed at the Lewiston location, and unfortunately, they damaged my windshield wipers without letting me know. It wasn't until the first rainstorm that I realized what had happened. I was expecting a call from management to address the issue, but I never received one.” report abuse
