  “Thomas and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with! From the very beginning, Thomas really helped us see the full potential of our project – we were planning to remove a wall, but he suggested raising the ceiling an extra two feet, and that completely transformed the space. His crew was incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely kind, covering everything from demolition to electrical and plumbing. Thomas was always proactive, keeping us fully in the loop and quickly resolving any minor issues. We even had a last-minute problem with our sink the night before the main demo, and he immediately took care of getting it sorted out. He even creatively stepped in to create a beautiful solution for the floor gap that arose due to our budget, which we really appreciated.   Working with C.D. Donahue has been an absolute pleasure! What began as a simple refresh quickly turned into a full renovation of 70% of our home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team.   From the moment the water started leaking into our kitchen from the bathroom, we were incredibly stressed, but thankfully, our friends quickly recommended CD Donahue and Son. They responded so quickly, and Thomas Donahue and his crew were fantastic. They thoroughly assessed the damage and then presented us with a few different solutions, really taking the time to understand what we needed. What really stood out was their professionalism and genuine care – they listened to our concerns and made us feel completely at ease. Once the work was scheduled, they were incredibly efficient and respectful, and they did a truly outstanding job. When they were finished, it was like they hadn't been there at all!   Honestly, we couldn't be happier with the work CD Donahue did on our childhood home. We were so fortunate to have worked with them before, and Chuck, Thomas, and the whole team were just incredible. They’re truly skilled craftsmen, incredibly responsive and honest, and they kept the whole work area spotless – it was amazing! They really helped make what could have been a stressful process a lot of fun, especially with all the decisions about renovating while still honoring the original features of the house.
