He quickly diagnosed and fixed our heating problem, and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand.   “I was really disappointed with C & P HVAC. I scheduled an appointment with them over a week ago, and they were supposed to be here this morning at 10am. Of course, they never showed up. I called repeatedly – at 11am, 12:30pm – and each time I was told a technician would be in touch, but I was either disconnected or given the runaround. Honestly, it was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful of my time. Because of their no-show, I’ve had to reschedule with another company, and I definitely won’t be recommending C & P to anyone.” report abuse
