  “Overall, my experience with this company has been quite inconsistent. They were incredibly responsive and communicative the first time we needed a foundation site inspection, quickly getting the engineer’s report to us. However, the second time around, I sent multiple emails and still haven’t received a response or the engineer’s letter, despite explaining the urgency of the situation and arranging early access to the property.   Seriously, avoid this company. I can’t stress this enough – it was a terrible experience. The work was minimal, Robert was friendly but ultimately useless, and I ended up paying a huge amount for essentially nothing. Don’t waste your time or money; go somewhere else! report abuse
