Honestly, my experience with Western States Fire was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. They took on a project and then admitted they weren’t licensed to handle a key aspect of the work needed on my building. They ended up having another company complete that portion, which cost me $7,000. To add insult to injury, they only offered a $1,000 credit for the work – a credit that was significantly less than the actual cost. It felt completely dishonest and exploitative, and I wouldn't recommend working with them at all.
