  A-Pro has been absolutely fantastic for us over the years. We’ve been using their preferred customer program for weekly pool maintenance, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Chad and Blake are always so reliable – they’ve quickly and effectively tackled any issues we’ve run into, especially during the tricky spring openings when getting our pool clear has been a challenge. They really nailed down the root causes and got everything back to perfect. It’s honestly worth every penny to have them handle the more complex stuff. We still do the basics like skimming and backwashing, but thanks to their regular monitoring and weekly visits, our pool is consistently crystal clear and safe to enjoy all summer long. Plus, their pool opening and closing service is a huge help! We definitely give A-Pro an A-Plus – they’ve truly made pool ownership so much easier and more enjoyable. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Chad and this company. My appointment was cancelled twice – first under the vague excuse of ‘jury duty’ and then ‘family emergency’ – which was extremely frustrating. When he finally arrived, he just seemed to look around without offering any helpful advice and immediately told me I’d be getting an invoice. I received a $186 charge, labeled an ‘inspection fee,’ but I hadn’t been informed about this and I never received an inspection report. I hired him to get a bid on my pool repair, and this feels completely misleading and unprofessional. Honestly, I’ve never written a negative review before, but I’m so frustrated with this whole situation.” report abuse

We recently got a hot tub and they handled the entire setup with such care – they took away our old one, gave us plenty of time to prepare the space, and even delivered the new hot tub the very next day when we were ready.   I’m really disappointed with my experience working with this company. From the start, the owner was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was wrong, constantly pointing out what I was misunderstanding. It started with inaccurate information from a customer service representative, and when I tried to get that clarified, the owner just kept insisting I was mistaken. Honestly, it felt really belittling and disrespectful. I was hoping to have the same positive experience as the previous owner, but it just wasn’t the case. Despite the owner’s behavior, the other employees I interacted with were all very nice and professional. Unfortunately, my pool still isn’t operational, and I’m left feeling very unhappy with the whole process. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was truly disturbing. report abuse

  “I’m so grateful for the amazing service Shaina and the whole team provided when I first got my house with the pool two years ago. Honestly, I knew absolutely nothing about maintaining it – opening it, closing it down, you name it! Shaina really got me started and I truly believe I would have just given up and planted a vegetable garden if it wasn’t for her. Everyone at the store has been incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate that they always go the extra mile, even if they don't know the answer themselves.
