I was really disappointed with my experience with Maryland Industrial Trucks. They charged me $300 for a quick inspection of my forklift, which took only about 5 minutes, and then they never followed up as promised to order the necessary parts. To add insult to injury, they just automatically charged my credit card – it felt like a complete rip-off.
