“I’m absolutely furious with this company. They completely misrepresented the boundaries of my property, claiming I was owed a significant amount of acreage – a full acre – when they knew it was wrong. They insisted the neighbor had moved the survey markers, attempting to shift the blame back on me. Their behavior was unbelievably rude and insulting, questioning my education and frankly, making me feel incredibly stupid. They didn’t actually measure my property, just relied on a photograph, and attempted to defraud me. It's clear they were trying to take advantage of me and steal my money. This company is unprofessional, disrespectful, and utterly incompetent. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to stay far away – they are a joke! I’ve heard from other people who've had similar negative experiences, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.”

“We had a really difficult experience using this survey company, Apex, about five years ago. Their initial survey of our property resulted in a significant legal battle because their measurements were drastically inaccurate – over 20 feet off the property markers. It turned out they were relying on outdated and unreliable GIS data that lacked accurate GPS verification. Ultimately, we were successful in a lawsuit and the town granted us a variance, thankfully preventing us from having to demolish our pole barn. The entire situation was incredibly costly, but now we’re pursuing legal action against Apex due to their negligence.”
