  “The work completed so far is very disappointing. While the sheetrock and flooring were removed, no finishing work was actually done, which is unacceptable given the $12,000 spent. The drainage pipes in the basement are also a concern – they’re not aesthetically pleasing and require further attention. Ultimately, the project is far from complete and requires significant additional investment to bring it up to an acceptable standard.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the work SafeBasements did leveling my basement. They installed four stabilizers and did a great job – it was surprisingly smooth with very few problems. I’d definitely recommend them; I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work. The only slightly frustrating part was getting my payment processed through Billing, but that’s a minor issue. report abuse
