After the initial damage, Sean handled the insurance claim smoothly, and Anthony, the mitigation supervisor, expertly took care of drying everything out.   “I was originally planning to use AHS and their plumber, Matlock Plumbing, but after a frustrating experience with them trying to inflate the price, I decided to go with Roto-Rooter – a company I’ve used successfully before. I booked an appointment with them late last night, and Eric was incredibly prompt, coming out this morning around 11:30 AM. He quickly identified that there wasn’t a water leak and then arranged for someone to install a leak detector, which thankfully didn't find anything. Because of this, I’m canceling my appointment with Matlock – it’s great to find a reliable and trustworthy service like Roto-Rooter.” report abuse
