  Honestly, we’ve had a really frustrating experience with this company. We had our windows measured and ordered back in April, and we’ve been waiting for the installation ever since. Despite numerous explanations, we still haven’t received them – it’s been a huge headache. report abuse

  “The house was a great find, and I was really impressed with the windows – they were originally from Sit n Bull and must have been installed around ten years ago. It was fantastic that they replaced four of the screens without any hassle thanks to the lifetime warranty; apparently there was even a bear issue that led to the replacements!” report abuse

  “Overall, we had a positive experience thanks to the team’s responsiveness and friendly service when we encountered an issue with the original window. However, we’re disappointed with the quality of the windows themselves – the replacements continue to leak air, and we’ve decided to replace them entirely next summer. We’d strongly advise against using the crystal windows; they don’t seem to hold up well and aren’t a good investment.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with this experience. I’ve already invested $1800, and it feels like that’s simply not been enough to get the service I expected. Frankly, the whole process has been incredibly unprofessional, and I’m seriously considering requesting a refund. I also have concerns about the company’s reliability – I question if the installer has adequate insurance and wouldn’t feel comfortable proceeding with their services. report abuse

  I recently visited this place after looking at several other resale window stores, and I was really impressed. It was so well-organized and the prices were fantastic – I got a great deal!
