I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience here. The yard staff seem completely inactive, and I waited over three hours just to get unloaded. To make matters worse, I witnessed other customers having to load their own goods because no one offered assistance. It’s clear the manager isn’t involved or doesn’t prioritize customer service.

“I was really impressed with this company – the service was fantastic and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about their products. They delivered my steel studs the next day, which was just what I needed. Honestly, I wouldn’t look anywhere else for building materials.”
-
“There seemed to be a bit of a delay with the unloading today – it felt like we weren't quite prioritizing getting the patient moved quickly. It’s frustrating to see that happening more and more these days.”
-
“I was really disappointed – they didn’t have the items I was looking for, and the staff just pointed me to the Ypsi store, but I haven’t heard back from them like they said they would.”
-
Kyle needs to be more mindful and professional. His interactions sometimes come across as a bit careless and disrespectful, which isn’t a good impression.
-
“The staff consistently provided excellent service – a really positive experience.”
-
“The selection of building materials was really impressive, and the staff were incredibly helpful and clearly knowledgeable about what they offered.”

“The unloading process at Iron Mountain was incredibly slow; we ended up waiting for quite a long time.”

They were a really solid team.
