  “I was so pleased with the service I received from US Comfort! My old AC/Heater finally gave way, and I really appreciated how quickly they responded. A neighbor had used them a couple of years back and gave them a great recommendation, so I decided to go with US Comfort. Elias was fantastic – he got me an estimate within two days and the work started just a few days after that. The crew was incredibly nice, punctual, and they even cleaned up completely at the end of each day. Elias kept me updated throughout the four-day installation, answering all my questions and making the whole process really smooth. I couldn’t be happier with the result, and I especially loved that they offer a 5-year warranty – it’s fantastic! Porfirio was fantastic – he was professional, really knew what he was doing, and fixed the problem right away. He even took the time to explain the issue and how to prevent it from happening again.   “I was completely stuck with a broken AC during that crazy August heatwave last Tuesday, and thankfully, US Comfort was a lifesaver. I was getting the runaround all morning, but Elias called back immediately and scheduled a repair for that same day – he arrived within 45 minutes and fixed the system incredibly quickly and efficiently. He was so professional, explained everything clearly, and even took care of a wasp nest in the unit without charging extra! The whole process, from the estimate to the payment, was seamless and electronic.
