  “I purchased an exterior door from ETO back in 2022, and it’s now showing signs of significant wear – the bottom inside panel is warping, likely due to moisture coming in through the seals around the glass. Unfortunately, the door is now outside of its one-year warranty, and there’s really no solution beyond replacing it with a door from a different manufacturer.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with ETO doors. I purchased a mahogany French door – the [FD1L-ESF1-3680] – and shortly after installation, the frosted glass shattered with no apparent reason. I contacted ETO to request a simple repair, and was initially told they could handle it. However, the technician was unavailable due to surgery, and then I was told they no longer offered repairs for that specific door model and size. They suggested I buy an entirely different door – a wrought iron wooden door with glass on both sides – which is completely unacceptable. The customer service was shockingly poor, providing inaccurate information and leaving me without any guidance. It’s clear they weren't interested in resolving the issue. Based on my experience, and the numerous negative reviews I’ve found online, I would strongly advise against buying from ETO doors. They seem to abandon customers once the sale is complete. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with ETO doors. From the start, the delivery company was just awful – rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They didn’t even let us inspect the door after delivery, and it ended up damaged after only six weeks while we were building our home. ETO’s response was shockingly slow and unhelpful, and I was ultimately unable to resolve the issue with my credit card company. Honestly, the door itself wasn't great, and the entire experience with ETO was just terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a door.” report abuse
