  I’m incredibly frustrated with this experience. My order arrived with a significant issue – a complete 3x8 panel was missing. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for a resolution, I’ve received no communication and they’ve stopped returning my calls. It’s unacceptable that I’m now having to involve legal counsel simply to receive the missing parts of my order. The customer service has been wholly inadequate. report abuse

  Honestly, my experience with HDW Doors was incredibly frustrating. If you’re in LA and need something quickly, I’d steer clear. They’re unreliable – if you can’t find the product in the warehouse at the time of your order, don’t buy it from them. They constantly give vague promises like “this week” without any real information about shipping. I was told delivery would take 2-3 weeks, but I ended up waiting almost four months and had to go and pick it up myself. They kept lying about the delivery schedule, making us wait at our homes for two days straight, knowing the truck never left. It’s unbelievable how they’re still operating like this. report abuse

  “I can’t even begin to describe how incredibly disappointed I am with this company. It’s a complete sham and frankly, fraudulent. They make promises—stock availability, timelines—over the phone and on their website, solely to get your business. Once you’ve committed, they immediately start inventing excuses, like claiming the doors weren’t on the shipment, even though they’d assured you they were “in stock.” It became a nightmare; weeks went by with no windows, and they kept pushing back production dates, demanding I raise my voice and threaten action, only to then tell me they’d deliver the next week. Then, to add insult to injury, they delivered a drastically reduced order, with the wrong sizes and types of windows – it was clear they’d simply sent us whatever they had leftover to stall. This whole experience was a massive waste of time and a blatant scam. Seriously, avoid this company at all costs.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered a bifold window a month ago and immediately had a problem with the handle. I’ve tried repeatedly to get in touch – calling four times and sending two emails – but haven't received any response from the manager or owner. I’m paying $4000 for a window that I can’t even fully open, and the lack of communication is completely unacceptable. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with HDW Doors. I ordered two bifold windows with screens and paid $7,000, but they’ve failed to deliver the screens, despite it being four months since the order was placed. They’ve been completely unresponsive to my calls and the owner, Nick, has been dishonest and frankly, quite rude throughout this entire process. I strongly regret choosing HDW Doors. report abuse
