I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I hired them a few months ago for some outdoor repairs and installations, and initially they were fantastic – punctual, professional, and did a great job. However, things went completely downhill after that. They were scheduled to fix a broken outdoor outlet and remove some sconces, and the bill ended up being over $2000. Just two months later, the outlet stopped working. When I called to get it fixed, they arrived incredibly late, and only managed to remove the sconces. Since then, I’ve been struggling to get them to follow through. I was promised a callback within 24 hours to schedule the outlet repair, but I never heard from them. After another week of chasing them, they told me it would be another two weeks before they could even look at it – which was completely unacceptable. Ultimately, they cancelled on sending a technician this morning, and it’s clear something has changed internally. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and their inability to deliver on their promises. I’m requesting a full refund for the work they did on the outlet, and I’m now looking for a more reliable electrician.
