I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I hired them a few months ago for some outdoor repairs and other small jobs, and initially they were fantastic – punctual, professional, and did a great job. However, the service completely deteriorated. After just two months, the outlet they repaired stopped working, and when I called to get it fixed and some sconces removed, it was a nightmare. They were over four hours late for their scheduled appointment, and ultimately only removed the sconces because it was too dark to work on the outlet. Then, despite multiple calls and promises of a callback, they haven’t followed through on scheduling a follow-up. Honestly, it’s clear something has changed internally, and it’s reflected in the terrible customer service. I’m requesting a full refund for the work they did, and I’m definitely going to be finding a different electrician – this company is no longer reliable.

“I had a really frustrating experience with this company. From the start, they seemed incredibly overpriced – they quoted us a whopping $1800 for a simple job of installing lights around the stove and countertops, which honestly wouldn’t have taken a full day. They wouldn’t even give us an hourly rate. After waiting three weeks for them to actually send an electrician, he confirmed the same $1800 quote, as if nothing had changed. The person I spoke with in the office was also dismissive and kept repeating the $1800 figure, refusing to consider a smaller job. To add insult to injury, I heard from someone at the dog park who had a similar experience – they were repeatedly canceled on for small jobs and their contractors took priority over their clients. It was a really stressful and inconvenient situation, and we definitely learned a hard lesson about not waiting so long for a response.”

“I was really disappointed with this company’s approach. Following a helpful initial consultation, they sent a shockingly high, all-inclusive quote without any breakdown of costs. After asking for more detail, they provided a brief two-line quote with a claimed discount, and when I pushed for an explanation, I was directed to someone named Donovan, who hasn’t responded to my requests to speak with him. It’s frustrating that I haven't received any further communication, and frankly, it suggests they’re not particularly interested in my business. I won’t be moving forward.”

“Julian and his team did a fantastic job! They were punctual, really helpful answering all my questions, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They even asked for my input, and they were incredibly thorough in cleaning up afterward. I’d definitely use their services again.”

“This was fantastic! Really efficient and straightforward – you could tell they were honest and genuinely nice to work with.”
-
“Pelon is a really sweet and enthusiastic guy – he clearly cares a lot and brings a positive energy to the situation.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on “Ehhh” (assuming it indicates dissatisfaction): “Overall, this fell pretty short of expectations. There’s a definite need for improvement in [mention specific area based on the context – e.g., clarity, execution, quality]. It felt somewhat lacking and didn’t quite deliver what was hoped for.”
