  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I hired them a few months ago for some outdoor repairs and installations, and initially they were fantastic – punctual, professional, and did a great job. However, things went completely downhill after that. They were scheduled to fix a broken outdoor outlet and remove some sconces, and the bill ended up being over $2000. Just two months later, the outlet stopped working. When I called to get it fixed, they arrived incredibly late, and only managed to remove the sconces. Since then, I’ve been struggling to get them to follow through. I was promised a callback within 24 hours to schedule the outlet repair, but I never heard from them. After another week of chasing them, they told me it would be another two weeks before they could even look at it – which was completely unacceptable. Ultimately, they cancelled on sending a technician this morning, and it’s clear something has changed internally. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and their inability to deliver on their promises. I’m requesting a full refund for the work they did on the outlet, and I’m now looking for a more reliable electrician. report abuse

  “I really wasn’t happy with this company at all. The price was completely inflated – they quoted us a staggering $1800 for a very simple job of just installing some lights around the kitchen. They wouldn’t even provide an hourly rate, and after three weeks of rescheduling, the electrician finally arrived and insisted on the $1800 fee, as if that was the only option. Plus, the woman I spoke with in the office was incredibly dismissive, just repeating that it was $1800 for a day’s work and refusing to budge. To top it off, I heard from a friend who had a similar experience – they kept canceling appointments, especially for smaller jobs, and letting their contractors take the bigger projects. Honestly, we should have just walked away after waiting three weeks for a simple fix. It was a really frustrating and expensive mistake, and we definitely learned a valuable lesson about not waiting so long for a job.” report abuse

After asking for a more detailed explanation, we got a two-line quote – labor and materials – and a claimed 10% discount, but still no real justification. I tried to get clarification, but was passed off to someone named Donovan, and my subsequent requests to speak with him were completely ignored.
