  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I hired them a few months ago for some outdoor repairs and other small jobs, and initially they were fantastic – punctual, professional, and did a great job. However, the service completely deteriorated. After just two months, the outlet they repaired stopped working, and when I called to get it fixed and some sconces removed, it was a nightmare. They were over four hours late for their scheduled appointment, and ultimately only removed the sconces because it was too dark to work on the outlet. Then, despite multiple calls and promises of a callback, they haven’t followed through on scheduling a follow-up. Honestly, it’s clear something has changed internally, and it’s reflected in the terrible customer service. I’m requesting a full refund for the work they did, and I’m definitely going to be finding a different electrician – this company is no longer reliable. report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. From the start, they seemed incredibly overpriced – they quoted us a whopping $1800 for a simple job of installing lights around the stove and countertops, which honestly wouldn’t have taken a full day. They wouldn’t even give us an hourly rate. After waiting three weeks for them to actually send an electrician, he confirmed the same $1800 quote, as if nothing had changed. The person I spoke with in the office was also dismissive and kept repeating the $1800 figure, refusing to consider a smaller job. To add insult to injury, I heard from someone at the dog park who had a similar experience – they were repeatedly canceled on for small jobs and their contractors took priority over their clients. It was a really stressful and inconvenient situation, and we definitely learned a hard lesson about not waiting so long for a response.” report abuse
