  “I’ve been a customer twice now, and unfortunately, both experiences have been really frustrating. I ordered twice, and the second order, placed in late November/early December, is still missing. While I appreciate getting updates when things are delayed, I haven’t received any communication about this order at all. Instead of a refund, they’ve offered store credit, which feels like a poor solution.   “I placed an order on November 17th to send as a Christmas gift, and I was charged right away. However, I still haven't received the item. I’ve contacted them multiple times – by email and phone – and was initially told it would ship within a couple of days.   “I absolutely loved the aesthetic and quality of the cups and placemats – they’re really beautiful! However, the return policy was incredibly frustrating. I spent over $200 on them, and when I tried to exchange for a different color (which was also on sale), they wouldn’t let me because it was only less than 24 hours. As someone who sources decor for my work, it’s a real setback when a local store can’t be flexible, especially for the same item in a different color.
