  Paula from Garden Design was absolutely fantastic – she completely transformed our newly renovated yard! From the very beginning, she was so realistic about our budget, incredibly knowledgeable, and really easy to work with. She grasped exactly what we wanted and did a brilliant job selecting the plants and designing the layout, even constructing a beautiful vinyl fence for us that would have taken the Vinyl Co. ages to arrange. She didn’t just focus on the landscaping; she also revamped our sprinkler system and timers, and offered some great ideas for other improvements. Her crew was amazing too – they worked incredibly hard, often from morning till night, especially during the heat, and finished the entire job in just two weeks.   Paula was fantastic – she really knocked it out of the park installing the sprinkler system at my house. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and did a truly excellent job. I’m so pleased to have found her company, and I’m really excited to see my yard transformed.   Paula and her team did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our space. We had some really challenging weather conditions which they handled brilliantly, keeping us fully informed every step of the way and never leaving us wondering about the project timeline. What really stood out was Paula’s incredible creativity – she brought in some lovely European touches that really made our home feel unique and romantic.   Paula did a fantastic job helping us with our garden project. She was incredibly reliable and got everything done efficiently, and she was also really good about keeping us updated on everything. What really stood out was her attention to detail – she really took care to get it all just right. Plus, she was so knowledgeable about water conservation and selecting the perfect drought-tolerant plants for our California landscape.   Paula and her team did a fantastic job transforming our backyard. They were incredibly efficient, completing the cleanup, installing the irrigation system, and laying the new grass all within a really good timeframe.   “I was really disappointed with my experience scheduling a backyard remodel consultation with Garden Designs. I scheduled an appointment with Paula for Saturday, but she got completely lost and, frankly, was incredibly rude. She insisted that we lived in North Hollywood despite all our mail and property records showing we’re in Studio City. She was argumentative and ultimately hung up on me – it was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience. Thankfully, the other landscape professionals I spoke with were wonderful, but I’m so sorry we wasted our time waiting for Paula.” report abuse
