  “I had a really frustrating experience ordering online. I received an order confirmation, but then they just cancelled it out of the blue without any communication. They claimed they’d tried to contact me by phone and email, but I never received any notifications. When I finally asked about the cancellation, they said it was due to a ‘high-risk’ fraud concern, citing different billing and shipping addresses – which was completely inaccurate. Even worse, the phone number they had listed for me was one I’d never used before. It felt like they were just making things up to cover up what happened. It took a couple of days to get in touch with the company due to the holiday weekend, but the customer service I finally reached on Tuesday was really helpful and friendly – they were clearly dealing with a lot of people needing assistance. I was really impressed with how quickly my order arrived, especially the riot gear and body armor plates. I even went back to purchase a ballistic full face mask, and it shipped just as quickly.   “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order for Hesco plates back in March, and they completely failed to deliver, cutting off all communication in the process. To make matters worse, they lied to Hesco about contacting me and then issued a refund after I tried to resolve the issue directly with their sales manager. Honestly, the entire situation felt incredibly dishonest and unprofessional – it was clear they weren't interested in resolving the problem. Because of their lack of communication and deceptive behavior, I’m now considering filing a complaint with the FTC.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order online in the first week of June, only to have it cancelled and refunded without any communication from the company. It’s now 11 business days later and I still haven’t received the refund. They haven’t responded to my emails or phone calls, and their automated messages state my mailbox is full.   “I’ve been really frustrated with their ordering process. They don’t clearly state what’s unavailable to Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) until you’ve actually started the checkout. Then, you get an email to cancel your order, which unfortunately still holds a charge on your card for a period of time. On top of that, they continue to send a lot of marketing emails even after I’ve repeatedly unsubscribed.” report abuse
