  We couldn’t be happier with our new Duro Roofing silicon roof! The team was incredibly thorough and kept us completely in the loop, sending us pictures of each step of the process. Mae Ann in the office was fantastic – so friendly and responsive throughout the entire project. And the best part?   “I was so pleased with James and Duro Roofing. They tackled a really complicated job – our roof was built into a hillside and leaking – and they did an absolutely fantastic job. They resurfaced the entire roof, hot-mopped it, and even installed new drains. It’s held up beautifully through the recent storms, and we couldn’t be happier with their speed, thoroughness, professionalism, and the fair price they offered.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work Duro performed. They started a fire on our roof, and we’re still dealing with a lingering smoky smell. Worse, they didn’t protect our ceiling before removing the old roofing, leaving it covered in dust and debris from the AC vents. Honestly, it felt very unprofessional and the quality of the work was far below acceptable standards.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. The individual answering the phone was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I requested to speak with her supervisor, she refused, wouldn’t provide a name, and even laughed and hung up on me several times. Frankly, the level of disregard shown was unacceptable.
