  Shannon Beritzhoff was a fantastic partner during the design and pricing of our security camera and access system. She went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision, and her communication was consistently clear and proactive. We really appreciated her diligence, especially when we experienced some delays on our end – she kept us fully in the loop. While we ultimately decided to go with a different provider, that was due to factors outside of Shannon’s control, and we would definitely recommend her as a valuable asset for any future projects. report abuse
