  “Overall, I’m really pleased with the Level project – it turned out looking great thanks to Scott and Chris’s quick work on the plans and the final result. I ended up doing a lot of the work myself, and while I might have been able to handle it solo, it definitely saved some money compared to hiring a professional. It came out cheaper than other quotes, even with the extra window. If you’re working on a house without an HOA, the process was pretty straightforward. Condos, however, can be tricky with limited space and HOA restrictions.” report abuse

He was incredibly professional and took the time to really understand our water intrusion problem – a problem that had already cost us a significant amount of money with previous attempts to fix it.   Scott was absolutely fantastic to work with. We’d gotten several quotes and reports from some well-known foundation repair companies, and honestly, the estimates were all over the place – from simple fixes to incredibly expensive proposals. Scott really cut through the confusion. He did a really detailed inspection, clearly explained everything he discovered – and what he *didn’t* find – and then walked us through the different options we had. Best of all, he didn’t pressure us into anything and even provided us with excellent recommendations for reliable contractors who gave us quick and competitive bids.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Level Engineering. Both Scott and John were incredibly helpful – they were really easy to communicate with, provided us with clear and informative updates, and got our plans drawn up very quickly. Jeffco County were also very pleased with our submission and only needed a couple of minor adjustments, which they promptly addressed and received approval for the very next day.
