“Overall, I’m really pleased with the Level project – it turned out looking great thanks to Scott and Chris’s quick work on the plans and the final result. I ended up doing a lot of the work myself, and while I might have been able to handle it solo, it definitely saved some money compared to hiring a professional. It came out cheaper than other quotes, even with the extra window. If you’re working on a house without an HOA, the process was pretty straightforward. Condos, however, can be tricky with limited space and HOA restrictions.”

“I was really pleased with the whole experience. Everyone I dealt with was both helpful and efficient, and they went to a lot of trouble to schedule an appointment that worked for me. The engineer was fantastic – punctual and provided exactly the services we needed, and they were great about checking in and adjusting their support as our project progressed. Really excellent service overall.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Murray McBride at Level Engineering and Inspection. He was incredibly professional and took the time to really understand our water intrusion problem – a problem that had already cost us a significant amount of money with previous attempts to fix it. Murray’s thorough evaluation and logical recommendations were a welcome change, and thankfully, seem like they’ll actually solve the issue. It’s fantastic to have someone with so much experience backing up their advice. Honestly, we wish we’d contacted Level Engineering from the start – I wholeheartedly recommend them for any structural engineering needs.”

Scott was absolutely fantastic to work with. We’d gotten several quotes and reports from some well-known foundation repair companies, and honestly, the estimates were all over the place – from simple fixes to incredibly expensive proposals. Scott really cut through the confusion. He did a really detailed inspection, clearly explained everything he discovered – and what he *didn’t* find – and then walked us through the different options we had. Best of all, he didn’t pressure us into anything and even provided us with excellent recommendations for reliable contractors who gave us quick and competitive bids. We’d definitely use him again and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing a structural engineer.

“I have to say, everyone at LEVEL was absolutely fantastic! We were in a really stressful situation – desperately needing a structural engineer to assess our new home – and they went above and beyond to fit us in, even with the crazy Denver traffic. The engineer they sent was incredibly kind, super knowledgeable, and really helped us understand everything about our foundation and slab. He explained it all so clearly and gave us so much peace of mind. It’s wonderful to find a local business that’s so organized, professional, and truly makes things easier!”

“Scott was fantastic – punctual, incredibly thorough, and really professional. He took the time to explain all the repair options clearly and even helped me find a great contractor for the job. Because he’s a local guy, he really grasped the specifics of the problem, which made a big difference. Honestly, I’d highly recommend Level Engineering. I’d previously used a larger company for a similar issue, and they just weren’t as helpful or comprehensive.”

“Brian did a really thorough job inspecting the foundation, and I was really impressed with how quickly he completed it. Although his assessment wasn’t exactly what I hoped for, I completely trust his judgment and his recommendation – it’s given me the confidence to move forward with selling my house.”
-
“I wanted to share my really positive experience with Level. Honestly, I was completely new to this kind of thing and felt a bit lost, but they took everything in stride. They did a fantastic inspection for me in preparation for selling my house, and I was really impressed with their knowledge and experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand – even for someone like me who wasn't familiar with the process. I would absolutely recommend them.”

Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Level Engineering. Both Scott and John were incredibly helpful – they were really easy to communicate with, provided us with clear and informative updates, and got our plans drawn up very quickly. Jeffco County were also very pleased with our submission and only needed a couple of minor adjustments, which they promptly addressed and received approval for the very next day. We’d definitely recommend their services.

“Bryan was absolutely outstanding – truly next level in terms of his detail, knowledge, and professionalism. He’s a top-tier engineer and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend him wholeheartedly. A+!”
