“I was really disappointed with this company’s service. We scheduled two deliveries each week, and they were consistently 4-5 hours late. Worse than that, they never bothered to let us know about the delays, and when we tried to inquire, they just passed the blame onto another person – it felt completely dismissive and unprofessional.”

“We had a really frustrating experience with this company. We’d scheduled a 4:00 pm delivery for Monday, and our crew was waiting, but the cement truck never showed up. We kept calling, and were eventually told it wouldn't arrive until 6:30 pm or later, with no explanation as to why we weren’t notified sooner. Because it gets dark so early and there’s no lighting, we had to reschedule for the following Friday. Even then, we were told they couldn't arrive until 5:30 pm – again, with no apology for the significant delay and wasted time. The dispatcher was incredibly dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in our situation, failing to acknowledge the impact on our work schedule and the money we’d spent. To be completely honest, it was a shockingly unprofessional experience. Thankfully, Kingston Ready Mix arrived on time the first time – a stark contrast to our ordeal.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 1pm and was repeatedly told to call Friday morning to confirm. Despite calling at 2:30pm, I was informed that the concrete truck was running on schedule. Hours passed with no truck arriving, and when I contacted dispatch, I was simply told they weren’t coming. This was completely unacceptable, and I absolutely will not be doing business with this company again. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice.”

Overall, things have really gotten better – the customer service is fantastic and the dispatch team is doing a great job. However, the pricing is a bit of a sticking point; it’s noticeably higher than it used to be, and unfortunately that’s true no matter where you look.

The delivery was a complete mess – the gravel dried out almost instantly, and they ended up charging me for a stone mix instead of the base material they initially said was used. They arrived over an hour late and the truck hadn’t brought the full amount of material needed to finish the job. When I questioned the issues, their response was dismissive, suggesting it was already spread quickly and they could charge me extra for another load. Honestly, the whole experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.”
