  “We had a really frustrating appointment today. We arrived for our 3:30 appointment and were still waiting at 6:00 pm. We finally got an update at 3:40 saying they’d be there in 45 minutes, which meant 4:30. We then called the driver at 4:53 to check on them, and thankfully they let us know they were on their way.
