  Overall, I had a really positive experience. They were part of the Mass Saves program and contacted me after I got an estimate through them. The scheduling was incredibly easy, they arrived on time, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. They finished the job efficiently, and I appreciated how quickly Chaz responded when I had a question about the bill afterward. report abuse

  Overall, Insulkings did a decent job with the insulation and sealing, and their prices were reasonable. However, I did have a couple of concerns. It felt like there was a communication gap between the installers and the office – I had to specifically point out areas that needed attention, which I expected to be documented on the paperwork or clearly communicated to the team. Also, I was a little disappointed with their care; the hose they used to blow in the insulation was careless and actually damaged part of our stairway. While the work was satisfactory, I’d suggest they focus more on a thorough, detail-oriented approach rather than just rushing to complete the job. I also wanted to mention that I got a quote from them in 2019 with a minimum price requirement, which gave me a slight feeling they might add extra work to meet that threshold. report abuse

  “I was absolutely thrilled with the work these guys did. They really went above and beyond – one of them even stopped by to let me inspect the work before they finished patching the hole, and honestly, it was incredible! I was so impressed with the quality of their work; I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was truly a masterpiece. Their proactive approach, checking in with me before finishing, was a fantastic touch. They also efficiently blew in insulation in the ceiling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wish I’d called them four years ago – I’d give them a huge A+ and definitely want to use their services again!” report abuse

However, after several phone calls, I still haven’t received the estimate I was promised. I’ve checked my spam folder, but no luck. Because of this, I’m moving forward with other estimates.
