Overall, this was a really solid job. The team efficiently recertified our septic system, and they followed up two days later to complete the yard cleanup, even while it was raining. Despite the work, they left the area spotless afterward, and we couldn’t even tell they’d been there. Thanks so much for a fantastic job!

Wow, what a relief! After the big Family Feast last Sunday, we had a major backup in the church kitchen, but thanks to Josh Watson and his team from the USA, we got it sorted out so quickly. They came Tuesday morning to find the problem – a broken pipe – and had it fixed by Wednesday! We were able to get back to services on Wednesday, and the Spanish church was able to meet on Thursday and Friday, and we even held a beautiful memorial service on Saturday. It’s honestly incredible – you guys are just the best, and Pastor Gary says it was a “royal flush beats a full house”! We really appreciate your incredibly fast and excellent service.

Honestly, my experience with USSeptic was incredibly frustrating. I scheduled an appointment to locate and service my septic tank and get it certified, but it was repeatedly delayed. They initially rescheduled due to a predicted snowstorm, giving me five days’ notice. Then, they completely canceled the appointment a week later with no explanation. After calling the next day, I was told about a company employee’s passing and they promised to reschedule. When they finally offered another date, I questioned whether they were a one-person operation. Concerned about the delay and the potential impact on my house being in escrow, I booked with a different company and immediately contacted USSeptic to cancel. I was left with the impression they were incredibly unprofessional and uncaring, offering no apology whatsoever. It was clear they didn’t value my business or my situation, and I wouldn't recommend them.
