“Things have really improved since the new owners took over – it’s fantastic!”
-
“Overall, this place needs significant improvement. There are serious concerns about the employees’ treatment – they’re not receiving adequate raises and wages, and opportunities for advancement seem limited. Furthermore, the working conditions appear to be poor, and it seems the staff aren’t equipped with the necessary tools or resources to effectively handle equipment issues.”
-
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend applying here. Based on my experience, it’s a really difficult place to work, and I wouldn’t suggest wasting your time. The management structure seems quite problematic – the Manufacturing Manager came across as confused and overly controlling.
-
Kaines seems like a really solid group of people – they come across as honest and genuinely helpful for the Ludington community.
-
It was surprisingly good, considering it’s a wire factory.
