  I absolutely love my new ensuite bathroom – I’ve been wanting this remodel for ages! From start to finish, Bradford Renovations were fantastic. It’s a family-run business, and you can really tell they’re committed to quality and great customer service. They even discovered some mold and damage during the demolition and went completely above and beyond to fix it all. I felt truly valued as a client; they really listened and took such care with the work. The finished result is stunning! I’m already planning on having them remodel my second bathroom and maybe even the kitchen – I highly recommend Bradford Renovations for any repairs or remodel project. report abuse

John, in particular, was fantastic; he really took the time to understand our vision and offered invaluable guidance throughout the entire design and planning process. He was so accommodating of our changes and went above and beyond to ensure we were thrilled with the results.   We’re so thrilled with the recent bathroom remodel Jon and his team did for us! We waited a couple of months to make sure everything was holding up perfectly, and we’re delighted to say there haven't been any issues at all. We also had them add a gate and handrail to our deck, along with some necessary repairs, and they did a fantastic job on that too.   Bradford Renovations did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our basement! We initially realized we needed professional help beyond what we could do ourselves, and Jon was incredibly responsive – he scheduled a walkthrough and provided a quote promptly and arrived exactly when he said he would. It took us a little while to finalize the quote, but once we made the decision, the whole project moved incredibly smoothly and efficiently. Within just over a month and a half, they completely gutted our 1300 sqft basement and turned it into a beautiful, fully functional space with a bedroom, office, playroom, living area, full bathroom, and separate laundry room. Throughout the whole process, communication was excellent. Jody, as the project manager, along with Rene and his team, were always available and willing to work within our budget, even when we added a few extra features.   Jon has been our absolute go-to guy for years now – we first found him back in 2015 when we were completely renovating our bathroom, and we’ve continued to use his services ever since, even after we moved.
