  Overall, we’ve been really pleased with the whole process. We waited a year to give this a proper review, and so far everything has worked exactly as we’d hoped. The app is informative, and Earth Right did a fantastic job coordinating the SREC process and handling the initial setup. The install team was also great – friendly and professional. We absolutely don’t regret going solar and are very happy with Earth Right’s service. We’d definitely recommend them. report abuse

  Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with our experience going with Earth Right for our solar panel installation. Honestly, we were pretty overwhelmed at the beginning – it felt like there were so many solar companies out there, and many of them didn’t even respond to our initial inquiries. Earth Right stood out immediately with Cody A. being so responsive and quickly scheduling a visit to our house. They then presented us with a solid plan within just a week, which was a huge relief. We really appreciated that they didn’t push us to make a decision; we took our time, and they respected that. They also offered us several different financing options, which gave us peace of mind. While it was a significant investment, we were willing to pay a bit more to avoid the risk of going with a cheaper, less established company. The quality of the work has been fantastic – we now have solar panels, a new roof, and an energy-efficient attic. And they’ve been amazing with any minor issues we’ve encountered with our older house; they’ve sent staff out quickly and at no cost to us. We’ve been tracking our electricity production and savings from April to July, and even with the high AC usage in July, we’ve only paid $42.71 in electricity thanks to the SREC credits. Based on our experience so far, and the continued excellent customer service, we’re confident we’ll be very happy with our investment for the next 25 years and their warranties. report abuse

  Overall, we’ve been incredibly pleased with our experience working with this company. Everyone we’ve met has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, and Matt Kime really stood out – he went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable with the process. The design and installation of our system has been fantastic, completed exactly as promised with no issues at all. Their customer service is top-notch, and we’ve been really impressed with the whole team. We especially appreciated visiting their showroom; seeing the quality of their work firsthand really helped us make our decision.   I’m absolutely thrilled with my Earth Right Mid Atlantic solar system – I installed it back in December 2022, and it’s completely blown me away! My electric bills have dropped to just $14.51 a month, which is fantastic. I recently had a minor issue with one of the panels, but Earth Right responded incredibly quickly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the panel right away. It was such a relief to deal with a company that truly stands behind their product.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Earth Right. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about their work – it really showed. We especially appreciated that the sales staff were so helpful and didn't push us into a quick decision with any limited-time offers. They put together a really solid package for us, including the attic insulation, roof replacement, and the 32 solar panels. They did a great job of explaining the whole process of going solar, which we knew would involve coordinating with several different companies. Earth Right kept us constantly updated on their progress throughout the installation, and they’ve even followed up after we got everything set up to see how we’re doing.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with Earth Right. Matt was fantastic – he answered all my questions and helped me through the whole buying process. The team that came to do the installation was incredibly efficient and professional; they not only upgraded my attic insulation and installed a solar fan, but they also took care of sealing all the wall openings beforehand.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Earth Right Mid-Atlantic. From start to finish, they made the process of getting solar and some energy efficiency upgrades for my home incredibly smooth. Brent Raub, my salesman, was genuinely knowledgeable and kept me fully informed every step of the way – he was a real pleasure to work with. I also want to give a huge shout-out to everyone I interacted with at ERE, from the installers to the company president; they were all incredibly courteous and professional. Now, just over two weeks in, my solar system is performing exactly as predicted, and I’m really enjoying using the MySolarEdge app to track my energy production and household usage.   Overall, our experience with Earthright has been a bit mixed. Cody has been fantastic – he was incredibly helpful getting us set up, patiently answering all our questions, and keeping in touch, which we really appreciated. We’re thrilled with the savings on our electricity bills since installing the solar panels. However, we’ve had some challenges. After over a year, our winter electric bills are still quite high, and we’re still paying around $500 a month. Also, the initial information about the tax credits wasn’t entirely accurate, and our payments are now increasing. That said, Earthright did step up and connect us with other energy-saving programs, which we’re grateful for. More recently, we were excited about a referral credit, but the process surrounding it felt a little confusing. Cody was very proactive and gave us a “golden ticket” to help us refer a family member. When we followed up six weeks later about receiving the payment, we were told we were no longer eligible because they’d already sent a flyer. It felt a bit impersonal and frustrating, as the initial conversation and the referral really came down to our direct involvement, not just a flyer someone dropped on our lawn. report abuse

  “Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this whole experience. After investing in this solar system, it’s turned out to be a huge mistake – the worst I’ve ever made. I’ve had it for over a year now, and my electricity bills have just kept going up. I’d strongly advise anyone considering this, to seriously think twice and avoid it if you can.” report abuse
