  Leo at American Door Sales was fantastic – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was so responsive and really took the time to explain all my options clearly, and he was upfront about the pricing. The best part was his recommendation made perfect sense for my needs. They were able to get someone out to my house the same day, and the work they did was top-notch. Plus, Leo walked me through the new motor really simply and straightforwardly.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I ordered two garage doors back in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, and they were understandably backordered due to the factory closures. Leo, the owner, was fantastic – he kept me constantly updated on the status of my order, which I really appreciated. Once the doors were ready, Leo and his assistant, Marco, did an absolutely incredible job with the installation. They were so meticulous and their workmanship was truly top-notch. They even went the extra mile to clean up after themselves, sweeping my garage and using a blower to remove dust from the driveway. I wholeheartedly recommend them and absolutely love my new doors!” report abuse

  “I would strongly advise against using this company. I hired them for a new entry door and garage door, paying a total of $15,000. After completing the initial work, they said it was too hot to finish the puttying, promising to return the following week, but I never heard from them again. I repeatedly called and emailed, with no response. Then, despite telling me they weren’t carpenters, they proceeded to install the front door at the same inflated price. Ultimately, I was forced to hire a separate carpenter a year later to properly fix the problems caused by the initial, incomplete installation. The worst part was their complete lack of communication – they wouldn’t return my calls or emails once they’d been paid. I even had to chase them down for the putty that came with the door! Honestly, it’s a really poor experience, and you’d be much better off finding a company that actually stands behind their work.” report abuse

  “I had a really positive experience with this company years ago, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I needed some work done on my door and contacted them multiple times – leaving four voicemails and sending three emails – but didn’t receive so much as a response.
