  MARS Contracting did a fantastic job with our small tile reflooring project. They were punctual, stayed within budget, and skillfully navigated a couple of unexpected issues to deliver a really great outcome.   Honestly, I couldn’t have been happier with MARS. I recently completed a full renovation on my condo in Beacon Hill – it was a huge undertaking after 20 years, and I was a complete novice. A friend recommended them to me, and I’m so glad they did! Sal and Edgar and their whole crew were fantastic. I’ve even told eight of my neighbors about them, and they’ve all had great things to say. They were incredibly professional, always responsive, and just really polite. Because I’d never done a renovation before, they took the time to walk me through the whole process and work with me to make everything happen. They were so patient with my questions and changes – no one trying to explain things over my head, which I really appreciated. You really need to be involved and available when you work with them, it's a true team effort, but the result is worth it. My project finished on time and within budget, and I was always kept in the loop, so there were no unexpected costs or surprises. They were incredibly considerate of my timeline when I had to temporarily relocate for three months, and they met the deadline without a problem.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Mars Construction did for me. Last fall, they completely renovated my living room, replacing my old sliders and front door with beautiful new Harvey windows and a slider – they also built new walls and installed fresh drywall, and the result was stunning! The quality of their work was fantastic. More recently, in May, they painted and repaired the exterior of my house, addressing any damaged or rotted wood they found. Seriously, the sanding, scraping, repairs, and painting were all done impeccably. What really stood out was their team – they’re polite, professional, and incredibly hardworking.   Overall, we were extremely pleased with Mars’ work. We hired them for three different projects – remodeling our bathroom, painting the exterior of our house, and replacing our roof – and they consistently delivered high-quality results.
