I’d gotten a few estimates for my investment property’s roof and frankly, the other companies weren’t very responsive or seemed uninterested in the job. I then needed an estimate for my own home and decided to start fresh. Delarosa Brothers gave me a fair estimate, and they even provided a quote for the investment property. What really stood out was their communication and the personal touch they provided. They didn't seem to know I’d already gotten three estimates, but their price was competitive, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. We unfortunately had some really bad weather that delayed things, but they were incredibly proactive and stepped in as soon as the opportunity arose. They were professional, courteous, and, most importantly, did a fantastic job. They stuck to their quoted price, and I’m so happy with the results.   De La Rosa was absolutely fantastic! We had a really urgent leak and they responded incredibly quickly, getting a tarp on the roof just in time for the next big storm. But they didn't just stop there – they completely repaired the roof and did an amazing job, actually making it better than it was before.   “I was really pleased with the work Delarosa Construction and Design did on my roof in Swampscott. I’d been dealing with a leak in my bedroom for a while and had a previous repair that hadn’t been completed. Manny set up a thorough inspection, pointing out that the roof and dormers were in need of attention, especially after some recent high winds. He suggested a full roof replacement, which he surprisingly offered at a really reasonable price! The crew was fantastic – they arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and even took the time to clean up meticulously afterward, making sure every nail was gone.
