  I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The atmosphere felt deeply uncomfortable and frankly, disrespectful. There were clear instances of bias and a lack of support, and I felt consistently disrespected as a woman. I don’t have the energy to elaborate further, but I truly don’t recommend spending time with this group. report abuse

  Lynn and her team were fantastic to work with. I needed a replacement part for my old attic stairs – it was great that they were able to source the part for me. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service I received when I called to check on the shipment. It took a couple of days of following up, but I finally got my part, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience ordering my scaffolding and accessories. They’re clearly a well-made product. I did have a small issue with a couple of planks arriving damaged during shipping, but they handled it incredibly quickly – the shipper sent out replacements right away.   Overall, it was a really positive experience. The team – Joe, John, Rich, and Randy in the office, and the warehouse staff – were all fantastic. Everyone was incredibly efficient and helpful, and I’d certainly recommend this place. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience – it felt worse than dealing with any government agency. They were incredibly bureaucratic and demanding, constantly requesting extra paperwork and deposits that seemed completely unnecessary.   “I had a really frustrating experience renting an aluminum ladder from them. When I returned it, they claimed it was damaged and tried to charge me the full price of a new one, despite having photos showing it was in perfect condition before and after. Honestly, it felt like they were just trying to make a profit, and I’m definitely not renting from them again.” report abuse
