  “We were facing a really stressful situation with a malfunctioning communicator in our fire panel, and the Fire Department were understandably pushing for a quick solution. Replacing the entire fire alarm system wasn’t an option we wanted to pursue. Thankfully, Jerry from FPI recommended an AES radio communicator – it was a much more cost-effective and efficient solution than anything else we were quoted. What really stood out was the professionalism of the team; they sent out two technicians, and they did an absolutely fantastic job installing the new system while making sure it worked perfectly with our existing fire panel.   “I’m so pleased to say things have completely turned around with our customer service experience. Just a few months ago, we were seriously considering switching providers – the team was consistently unresponsive and struggled to answer even simple questions about our fire panel. However, things have been fantastic since January 2020. They’ve been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us with ongoing issues, even dispatching a tech the same day to resolve a persistent alarm problem.
