Throughout all of these visits, they’ve been incredibly reasonable and professional, and honestly, I haven’t had any issues with them at all.”

Honestly, reading some of the negative reviews solidified my feeling that something wasn’t quite right – it just didn’t feel very professional.”

I hired them to mark a fence line, but it took nearly a month to get a technician out to my property, and they completely missed their scheduled appointment. When they finally did arrive, it took them three days to complete a job that should have taken just four hours. Throughout the entire process, I received no communication from them – no phone calls, no updates, nothing. I sent multiple emails requesting paperwork, which is standard when getting a survey done, but I never received anything. Ultimately, I was threatened with a lawsuit and had to pay an attorney to sort things out because this company simply didn't deliver on their promise. It was a complete lack of professionalism and communication. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I’m planning to file a complaint with the Texas licensing board.”
