  “I’ve had them survey the property a few times over the years – initially when we purchased it back in 2003, then again a few years later to mark the boundaries for a fence, and most recently because we’ve been dealing with a home builder.   “I hired this company to mark a fence line, but the experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I waited nearly a month for them to schedule an appointment, and they never showed up on the date they promised. After a week of chasing them, it took them three days to complete the job – a task that should have taken just four hours. Throughout the entire process, I received absolutely no communication from them; they never called me or visited my property to update me on the progress. I sent numerous emails requesting paperwork, which is standard when getting a survey done, but I never received anything. To add to the problem, I was then contacted by an attorney who threatened to sue me for an unpaid bill that I never even received! This company completely failed to deliver on their service, provide any documentation, or send an invoice. Honestly, they were a complete joke, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I plan to file a complaint with the Texas licensing board.” report abuse

An employee backed into my car while I was driving through a parking lot, and I suspect they were dishonest with their insurance company about the incident.
