  “I was so pleased with the work Smart Flooring did upgrading my bedroom and hallway – switching from carpet to hardwood. Thiago was fantastic, really taking the time to walk me through all the materials and the installation process, and he even created a detailed bill of materials for the project. They worked incredibly closely with my schedule, which was a huge relief. The team, including Felipe and the installers, were incredibly professional, timely, and patient. They handled everything – removing the old carpet and baseboards, installing the new hardwood, and reinstalling the baseboards – in about 11 hours, and they even made sure I was happy with the finishing touches, like the thresholds.   “I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Filipe and his team. They were incredibly responsive and, most importantly, they did a fantastic job installing our new flooring. We hired them after a really frustrating experience with a previous contractor, and they completely turned things around. Filipe’s team went above and beyond to make sure everything was level and done correctly – it’s clear they took the time to get it right. I especially appreciated their suggestions to avoid using quarter rounds and improve the transitions between our doorways, which has made a huge difference for our robot vacuum!   We were really pleased with the recent installation of luxury vinyl flooring in our kitchen, purchased at Floors and Decor. The team from Smart Flooring, Mauricio and George, did a fantastic job – they completed the entire floor in just under six hours! From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful. Kelvin Vaz was great in measuring our space, and Tracy Cavanaugh at Floors and Decor made sure all the materials were readily available. Thiago was so knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring we had an accurate quote.
